SHipping & returns

FULFILLMENT

We aim to ship all artwork within 2-3 weeks of purchase. This can vary depending on the size of the drop, as we’re a small studio and everything is packed with care by hand. If there are any major delays, we’ll let you know.

AUSTRALIA & NZ SHIPPING

We ship orders from Byron Bay using AusPost or Moving Art and Pack & Send. You’ll receive a tracking number once your artwork has been sent.

US SHIPPING

We ship US orders using UPS, Pack & Send, or DHL — whichever option suits best for your location. Every parcel is fully insured, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your artwork is on the way.

EVERYWHERE ELSE

We ship worldwide using UPS or DHL.

Please note: Import duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the receiver.

RETURNS / REFUNDS

We don’t offer returns or exchanges on artwork. Each piece is final sale due to its custom nature. If something’s not right, email us at info@marleyalvarez, we’ll be sure to help you out.
